My experience was so good at Aza in Puthiyara and it's heartwarming to see their staff's behaviour, especially the front office staff. They have provided me with commendable service both during and after the tests. They kept me updated on my result by calling and sending via email, which you cannot see everywhere. All the best to their future endeavours.

Good staff. Nice facilities, went there for RT-PCR testing and the sample was collected so nicely that it was never uncomfortable for me and my family. They do come and collect samples from home. I have added the sample collection details photo below for reference. Results are available Online. Once it's published you will get an SMS on the update with a link to download the report.

I had gone for a routine blood test early in the morning. l am recovering from an accident and have to use a walker to move around. When I got out of the car ,one of the night staff came over to help out , he mentioned about the home collection option. Had I known about that before, would have opted for it . Anyway Over all I had a nice experience, courtesy, considerate and friendly staff , I also received the results over online at the said time. Do keep up the good work guys! Good luck !
